Artist's Description
A view from the Bridge in Porthmadog which leads on to The Cob.The Afon Glaslyn or in English the River Glaslyn flows down the hills from Snowdon until it reaches the wide flat valley of Traeth Mawr in Porthmadog. A man made causeway known as The Cob has resulted in the river spreading out into pools and marshes before it escapes through the tidal sluices of The Cob.
